Floods, on the other hand, bring a different kind of destruction, sweeping away homes and crops. In the aftermath, families need shelter, food, and medical care, along with clean drinking water to prevent the spread of disease. Through its relief efforts, the foundation has worked to reach flood-affected communities with these essentials, helping them recover and rebuild rather than simply survive.

At the center of much of this work is clean water; without it, people fall sick more often, and children often miss school just to fetch water from far away.
